Kid's Birthday Paper Circle Garland

Oh, how I wish I had a better picture of this beautiful garland! It measures 6 feet 6 inches long, and each paper circle measures 4.5" and is adorned with vintage images and silver glitter. The circles hang from red ribbon and will look wonderful hanging from a window or mantel. Brought to us by Annie Schickel. Imported.
