As a child, Nicol Sayre created her first doll after learning to sew. Today Nicol translates her love of the Victorian era into paper mache and fabric dolls, drawing out a unique personality by handpainting features on each of her vintage-style designs. She has been featured in many national magazines including Mary Engelbreit's Home Companion October/November 2001 issue and Better Homes & Gardens, Creative Collection Publications, Holiday Decorating 2003. She was also featured in Country Living's October 2004 issue on pages 60 & 66.
